Management Reports

With the Visa® Business Card, your company can receive easy-to-read Management Reports, itemizing your employees’ business expenditures. Plus, it gives you a record of tax-deductible expenses – which could help cut your payments to the IRS by hundreds of dollars.

First Bankcard offers the following Management Reports to Business Credit Card customers, upon request:

Cardholder Listing Report
This report includes each cardholder’s name, account number, purchase limit, cash limit, open date, and close date.

Transaction Detail Report
For each cardholder, the following information will be detailed: account number, transaction date, MCC code of the business where the purchase was made, merchant name, city and state where the transaction took place, and the transaction amount.

Consolidated Monthly Report
This report provides an overview of your card activity and includes the cardholder’s name, account number, opening balance, purchases, cash advance, finance charges, fees, payments & credits, and ending balance.

Monthly Activity by Cardholder Report
This report categorizes individual account purchases into the following categories:

This report also includes the number of transactions and total dollars spent (month-to-date and year-to-date) for all categories.
